Project Manager – Roof Worx
Location: Denver
Reports To: Owner / Operations Manager / Sr. Project Manager
Position Overview
Roof Worx is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to manage roofing and exterior remodeling projects from start to finish. This role owns the full lifecycle of a lead — from initial contact and inspection through estimating, insurance coordination, production oversight, invoicing, and final customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on, field-based leadership position requiring strong construction knowledge, insurance claim experience, organization, and communication skills. Candidates fluent in technology and/or Spanish are encouraged to apply.

Core Responsibilities
Lead & Sales Management
  • Manage inbound leads and conduct roof inspections (replacement, storm damage, leak diagnostics).
  • Create and present estimates; secure contracts and deposits.
  • Minimal door knocking (limited to outreach around active jobs).
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with property managers, realtors, insurance agents, HOAs, and strategic partners.
Insurance Claim Management
  • Identify storm damage and assist homeowners through the claims process.
  • Meet adjusters, document damage, prepare supplements, and manage final paperwork.
Project Execution
  • Order materials and schedule crews.
  • Pull permits and coordinate inspections.
  • Oversee job sites to ensure proper installation, quality control, and cleanliness.
  • Document progress and manage material shortages or issues in real time.
Job Closeout
  • Conduct final walkthroughs.
  • Finalize invoices and submit insurance documentation.
  • Ensure payment collection and 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Generate reviews and referral opportunities.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Maintain organized digital job files (photos, contracts, permits, supplements).
  • Track job profitability.
  • Update CRM and production systems accurately and timely.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years roofing or exterior construction experience preferred.
  • Insurance restoration and supplement experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems and storm damage identification.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to walk roofs safely.
